An annual event envisions with Bridging Diverse Culture through Cinema.

Nepal America International Film Festival (NAIFF) is an annual film event organized by Nepal America Film Society, Inc., a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization based in Maryland, that brings together film enthusiasts from Maryland and greater Washington region including filmmakers, volunteers, community leaders, film and community organizations, businesses and companies of both Nepali, American, and global origins.

Since 2017 the Film Festival has built a unique reputation as an emerging platform for filmmakers with Nepalese background along with other International, American, and global diasporas. The Film Festival is dreaming a huge platform in the greater Washington to engage with audience members, artists, and filmmakers for bridging cultural diversity.

The film festival will take place from 28-30 June 2019, in Maryland, Washington DC metro area, and showcases all genres of films including feature length, documentaries, animation, experimental and shorts. Films from Nepal, America, Asia, and Europe will be screened at the festival. We also partner with Global Peace Film Festival Florida for the Sidebar section.
