Congratulations to Dominique Hilliard, winner of ÉCU 2012 photo contest “Photo of the Festival”. Dominique will receive two VIP passes to ÉCU 2013 and membership in the ÉCU Club. There were some great photos and the ÉCU staff would like to thank everyone who participated in the contest.
