The AFM Producers Forum is designed exclusively for experienced producersfrom around the world, the AFM Producers Forum offers access to specially designed educational sessions, including co-productions, working with sales agents, production incentives, and much more… plus great networking and private hosted receptions.  No additional cost but participation is limited.

Experts and global thought leaders will speak on a wide range of topics that may include co-productions in China and India, working with sales agents, production incentives, working with U.S. guilds, etc.

  • Invitation to the Producers Forum receptions.

    5:30pm – 7:00pm daily

Participants will enjoy drinks and appetizers while connecting with old friends and making new contacts at these exclusive events.

Participation in the AFM Producers Forum is open to all experienced producers (see definition below), until the Forum is full, who purchase one of the following badges:  Platinum PassExecutive Pass, Executive Pass-PlusIndustry Pass-Plus, Buyer Badge  or Buyer Badge-Plus.  There is no additional cost.  Participation is not available to holders of an Exhibitor Pass, a three-day Industry Pass, or one-day Day Pass.

AFM Producers Forum participants must have an individual credit as a ProducerCo-Producer or Executive Producerfor a feature length film which meets ONE of the following criteria:

  • Commercially released in a theatre (in any country), or
  • Screened at a Film Festival (in any country), or
  • Broadcast on a national TV or cable network (in any country), or
  • Listed by a 2014 AFM distributor or sales agent in TheFilmCatalogue.com

Apply for the AFM Producers Forum by completing the form below.

  • Submissions may be made before or after AFM credentials are purchased.
  • Participation is not confirmed until credit and distribution are verified by the AFM Team and credentials are purchased.
  • Participants will be notified by email within 10 business days of submission.

PLEASE NOTE: If you participated in the Producers Forum last year or if you were approved but did not attend, you do not need to resubmit an application. 
Once eligibility has been confirmed, your acceptance into the program is always maintained.

Register early. The 2014 AFM Producer Forum is limited to the first 400 confirmed participants and will close(without advance notice) when it reaches capacity. All activities of the Producers Forum will take place in English.

RUSH LINE: ALL AFM PHOTO BADGE HOLDERS, EXCEPT PRESS, MAY PARTICIPATE THROUGH A RUSH LINE ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS. THE RUSH LINE CLOSES DAILY AT 3:05PM.
