Cargo Entertainment at AFM 2014Cargo Entertainment is pleased to announce the addition of the thriller SYNDROME to our lineup for AFM 2014. We are presently in final negotiations with Joe Manganiello (True Blood, Magic Mike, What to Expect When You're Expecting, Spider-Man) to star as Steven Bay, a man haunted by the violent clues of his forgotten past. Co-stars include Maggie Q (Nikita, Divergent, Mission: Impossible III, Live Free or Die Hard) and David Strathairn (The Bourne Ultimatum, Lincoln, Godzilla). The film is written and directed by Tag Mendillo (The Shrink is In, The Wrong Side of Right).
SYNDROME is really the story of two men weaved into one. Jonathan Locke - the hardened death-row killer - and Steven Bay - the hypnotically reformed version of Locke, released back into the world as an experiment to discover a cure for evil itself. But when Bay's memories of his life as Locke begin to resurface, we start to see a new man entirely...
