The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York CAROLINA HERRERA Spring 2012 Runway Show commenced Monday, September 12, 2011, at the Theatre in Lincoln Center, New York. Herrera’s sophisticated ready to wear collection included a metallic canvas coat with sepia piping detail, cornflower, sepia and taupe silk and cotton knit, sepia, cornflower, and off white stripe silk jacquard skirt, sepia, cornflower, and off white stripe print silk and modal scarf. Her exquisite dresses and elegant gowns included black and white geometric, linear bead, and antique silver crystal embroideries. Herrera’s Spring 2012 colors are canary yellow, jade green, grey, red, black and white. Celebrities in attendance were Anna Wintour, Corinne Bailey Rae, Elizabeth Reaser, Nicki Minaj, Olivia Munn, and Renee Zellweger.
