Big Things at the Roskino Afternoon Party

Earlier today, the Roskino tent at the Russian Pavillion held a sizable gathering in which Russian and international producers, marketers, press, and actors mingled over cocktails. Among the well-known faces, none was more well known than that of famous Russian film critic and honarary president of FIPRESCI, Andrei Plakhov.  Ekaterina Mtsituridze, Roskino's General Director, presented the well acclaimed critic to the eager crowd who welcomed him dearly. Plakhov then announced the release of his new book titled "Chroniques Cannoises." The event was a relaxing way for Roskino to start off the Cannes Film Festival.
