123 films from Europe will play in TorontoEuropean Film Promotion (EFP) with support from the European Union's MEDIA Programme, will be present for the tenth year at the Toronto International Film Festival (September 7 - 16) where a record number of 123 feature films and documentaries will be screened from twenty-three of EFP’s twenty-seven member countries. Among the films receiving World Premieres are six from France including Anne Fontaine’s Nouvelle chance and Jean-Marc Barr and Pascal Arnold’s One to Another, four from British directors including Shane Meadows’ This is England and Roger Michell’s Venus, and two from Denmark, Ole Christian Madsen’s Prague and The Art of Crying, a first feature by Peter Schønau Fog.
