It is also notorious the importance of two new spaces in Animacam this
year:

1 Women Animating,
a Blog dedicated at women in the animation industry, witch increased the female participation in more than 50 films at the Festival.

2 *Cartoons Made by Children.*

For the first time in a Festival like this, we got animation in several techniques competing in the Official Section and coming from places such Egypt, England and Spain.
