After two successful sessions in November 2005 and March 2006, European Film Promotion (EFP) continues its programme Industry Screenings in New York on June 27th and 28th. Again, selected film industry people will be invited to view four new European films in the Tribeca Grand Hotel’s screening room.

The Match Factory presents:

The member organisations of the European Film Promotion consider North America as the second most important film market for their product following Europe. In particular, the U.S. market is important because it offers the best route for a film to achieve greater visibility throughout the rest of the world.

Financially supported by the MEDIA Programme of the European Union and EFP member organisations Holland Film, Flanders Image, ICAA Spain and German Films partnered with the Tribeca Grand Hotel, and generously sponsored by VINOSÍ this initiative aims to introduce new and commercially strong European films in order to strengthen the distribution and promotion of European Films in North America.

Industry Screenings in New York is geared to film distributors and buyers, festival scouts and important cinema programmers.
