Filmmor Women’s Film Festival On Wheels

5th International Filmmor Women’s Film Festival On Wheel proceeds travelling with women this year, too. The festival is going to start in İstanbul to be held in March 10-18, (at the halls of French Cultural Center and Italian Cultural Center); and continue with travelling screenings in Ağrı (March 24-25), Diyarbakir (March 30-31) and Van (April 7-8).

The theme of this year’s festival is ‘honor’! We want to discuss one of the main agents of patriarchy, which is ‘honor’ circle, surrounding all women in the world, assaulting our right to life. We want look at the idea of ‘honor’ through cinema.
