James L.Venable explained his craft

Film & TV Composer JAMES L.VENABLE
EXPLAINS HOW TO CULT OF ANIMATION AND MOVIE MUSIC FANS
AT THE APPLE STORE IN LOS ANGELES

"The Composer", who Film Score Monthly calls "One of Ten Composers on the Rise," explained his craft to his cult of animation (Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack) and movie fans (Kevin Smith films: Jersey Girl, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back).
James L. Venable is taking his VJ/DJ/Electronica performance to Apple Stores
across the nation promoting his debut release Holding Space (Screaming Fan Records)

James L. Venable performed his brand of VJ/DJ "Electronica" at the Los Angeles Apple Store at The Grove on Thursday November 18th, followed by an insiders look at film composing and questions and answers.

A throng of animation and movie music fans crowded the upstairs theater at the popular Apple Store to hear a DJ/VJ performance and lecture by the man some know as the first composer to use "Electronica" in animation, such as in the popular Powerpuff Girls and Samurai Jack cartoons. "Electronica" is defined as any various forms of dance music featuring electronic instruments, synthesizers, and computers.

"The Composer" as he is known in the DJ/Electronica world, has been tuning up his live video imagery and DJ mix performance at hot spots such as The Sunset Room and The Derby around Los Angeles while preparing an "out of the box" tour of Apple Stores in major markets such as New York, Chicago and San Francisco
