NEW YORK BOOK FESTIVAL – June 27-28, Central Park, New York City – Spotlighting books worthy of attention from the publishing capital of the world in the lush setting of the city’s favorite relaxation spot. The New York Book Festival Awards are June 27 at one of the world’s literary landmarks, the Algonquin Hotel, with the day festival held the following day. Presented in conjunction with Barnes & Noble Booksellers, the festival features author readings/signings, live music, celebrity appearances, book publishing panels, clowns and the ambiance of the Grove’s town square.
