The Garda Lake Film Festival “CORPO/URBANO – URBAN/BODY”, is deeply involved in the issues which, right from the start, underpinned the organising board's activities.
Our deep roots in local realities have been the driving force from which the variety of the shows presented in recent years has sprung, with the clear intent of giving new form to the culture and cinema fervor that exists in the area around Garda Lake.

Garda Lake Film Festival will be divided in three main sections:

- Feature Film first or second work Competition
- Short-Film Competition
- “GardaCiak” Section

The selection committee of Garda Film Festival will be responsible for choosing films and author, those will be invited to attend during the festival with speeches and conferences.
Both Competition sections are centred on the rediscover of body in the post-modern culture, with special attention on characteristic, transgressions and peculiarities of the relations beetween body and urban space.
The Gardaciak section will be entirely dedicated to directors and maestros who have chosen the Lake of Garda as inspiration for their works.

Filmagazine.it, webzine about critics and information on cinema culture, will assure a web coverage of the events with a constantly updated special section dedicated to the Film Festival del Garda.
