Winners of the Boston Motion Picture Awards

Winners of the 2004-2005 Boston Motion Picture Awards

Boston, MA—7 Fluid Oz. Productions LLP, founder of the Boston Motion Picture Awards, has announced the winners of the 2004-2005 competition. The short film competition, which has three rounds, recognizes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners, as well 7 Finalists and 10 Semifinalists.

In Rounds 1 and 2, 7 Fluid Oz. founding partners Aaron and Seth Howland select the Top 20, and then Top 10, motion pictures. From there, the Top 10 are sent to the Round 3 Judges, who vote to determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners.

This year’s Round 3 Judges were Sayed Badreya (Shallow Hal, Three Kings, T for Terrorist), Hanelle Culpepper (A Single Rose), Hesham Issawi (Saving Egyptian Film Classics), and Todd Norwood (Jack Milton: Fairy Tale Detective).

Winners of the 2004-2005 Boston Motion Picture Awards are as follows:

1st Place: The Photo

2nd Place: Necrolog
Written and Directed by Steven D. Addair
Produced by Danielle Addair, Jim Hall

3rd Place: Winter (En Hiver)
Produced and Directed by Andy Collen
