INTERVIEW with Nesta

Since you are here about art it's time to introduce you to the venetian legend of the festival Nesta Morgan. 
In particular to everyone else, she works and looks in general for impressions 
of almost everything at press conferences but with no questions asked, she doesn’t write reviews, with her accreditation she draws. 
Which world cinema events will you name you have been to?

NESTA
I started drawing at the Venetian festival 12 years ago this was part of a self inspired project
so the point is to go to the film and in pitch darkness, as quickly as possible capture abstract impressions.
The first year in Venice I somehow made 75 sketches in 10 days
Here is Joaquin Phoenix in the image of a joker, 
Here Pedro Almodovar receives an honorary lion 
Here is Louis Garrel for the premiere of the Polanski movie An Officer and A Spy 
and here on the last day of the Cannes Festival,it’s my closing night sketch of Cannes, with Sylvester Stallone, Quentin Tarantino, Jessica Hausner in Love Seed world, Leonardo DiCaprio, he was not actually here, but I met him, and drew from memory.

Do you make a living if all the time you draw at festivals, has it brought enough?

NESTA
“a little and they have brought enough, but I don’t need a lot of money to do what I love”
