You discover that many Greek filmmakers like Periklis Hoursoglouin The Building Manager (O Diaheiristis) and Renos Haralambidis in 4 BlackSuits (Tessera Mavra Koustoumia) are skilled auteurs immersed in all aspects oftheir films. Renos is like a Greek Roberto Begnini who has an incredible senseof comedy and Periklis draws you into his film’s character and grabs youremotions and spins them. Then we have Phedron Papamichael who is an awesomecinematographer/director in his film Arcadia Lost.

Each filmmaker shows us the vast landscapes of Greeceand you want to call your travel agent to book a flight

Yorgos Lanthimos , director of  Dogtooth(Kynodontas) took us on verydifferent psychological journey in which we would try to figure out what wouldhappen if language and common sense  werethrown out the window and what the results would be..
