It means that festival goers can text in ANY question to 242242 (‘ChaCha’ on a cell phone keypad) about ANYTHING related to Sundance (and beyond) and get ONE answer in return.  What makes this unique is that you can ask anything…and that it’s being answered by a live human, rather than a computer, so it can understand shortcuts, misspellings and slang.

So, starting on the first day of Sundance, users can ask about film screenings, festival events, local restaurants, latest news, daily insider scoops, ski reports, the pulse on the movies, parties and other great Sundance happenings…anything.
