The National Screen Institute - Canada (NSI) is now accepting films for its NSI Online Short Film Festival. Submit films for free by Friday, February 27, 2009 on DVD only. NSI will present a $2,500 'Best of' award to one film next spring. The award will be made by an independent jury comprised of filmmakers and industry members.
