CONDITIONS

- Films finished after 15 February 2008
- films of any genre, under 45 minutes
- Materials for theatre : 16mm, 35 mm, Betacam SP, DVD, miniDV, DVCam, Digibeta

All films that are not in French language must have a dialogue list in the original language AND in English uploaded. (uploade in step 5.2). If possible, please send also a French dialogue list in the same file.
Films with dialogues neither in French nor in English must have subtitles, in at least one of the two languages, English and/or French (in ideal case, both languages). Furthermore the dialogue list of the language not being subtitled has to be uploaded:
- French dialogue list if the film has English subtitles
- English dialogue list if the film has French subtitles

Finally, if French filmmakers are selected for the official
competition, they must send a copy with English subtitles, if it is not
already the case.
