In its main section Spectrum, the International Film Festival Rotterdam screens films by experienced directors and maestros of artistic and experimental cinema. Following the great success of the first Annual EU Film Festival in China, held in Beijing in December 2008, we are pleased to announce that the 2nd Annual EU Film Festival in China will take place from November 5th to December 4th, 2009. This year the film festival is expanding and will take place in two cities: Beijing and Chengdu.
