is an innovative international festival of short-length cinema.

Imagination, genre variety, shocking plots, unexpected upshots, brevity, brilliant actor game, visual sophistication, authorial style - all these are the distinguishing features of the New Vision International Film Festival program.

Festival presents a competition. The audience chooses the winners of different nominations by means of an independent voting.
