On Saturday night, June 11, 2011, the Divi Resorts group hosted a select assembly of international media and film industry guests for an exclusive cocktail social sponsored by Moet & Chandon at its Windows on Aruba restaurant. The social, which was attended by Golden Globe Award–winning actress and Sex & The City star, Kim Cattrall, was an official after-party for the 2nd Annual Aruba International Film Festival that immediately followed the screening of a new film.

On final day The festival organizers invited all team members and volunteers on stage at the red carpet, a couple of speeches later, a strong and surprising closing film "The Guard" they all enjoying final momenst around a glass of champagne and a hot DJ.
The consensus within festival attendees of the second edition was a feeling of leaving friends and family behind.
A family we will only be seeing in a year from now for the third edition.
