The festival is intended to show support and solidarity for Baha`i filmmakers and filmmakers making films that promote ideals compatible with those of the Baha`i Faith.
The festival is free in the sense that it wants to be free from whichever shape of dependency, commercial or ideological, that it could condition of the choices, and most representative possible of the members of the society.
The festival is comprised of films out of competition and videos in competitions, produced using digital devices, according to the following categories:
Student Screening,College Screening,Professional Screening, Web Screening
