Atlanta Award-Qualifying Film Festival is an international film festival with a special focus on the region of USA/Canada (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, San Jose, Austin, Jacksonville, San Francisco, Indianapolis, Columbus, Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver), shining an international spotlight on films, talent and future projects from the region. High quality programming, a strong industry segment, an educational and networking platform for young filmmakers and thus generated presence of the international film industry, film authors and media representatives alongside a paying audience of over 100,000, confirm its status as the leading film festival in the region, recognised by both professionals and the wider audiences.
"Games People Play" was selected to HorrorQuest Film Fest in Atlanta, Georgia, USA for October 16-18, 2015. A noir-comedy-thriller shot on the Canon C500 in the style of a spaghetti western, this is the FIRST horror fest for the hybrid short written and helmed by Dawn Westlake. "Games People Play" stars David Razowsky, Mark Jacobson, and Westlake herself. An Ennio-Morricone-esque score was provided by GC Johnson of Acoustic Labs.

Atlanta Film Festival (ATLFF) is an Academy Award qualifying, international film festival held in Atlanta, Georgia. Started in 1976 and occurring every Spring, the festival shows a diverse range of independent films, including genre films such as horror and sci-fi. Since 2008, the festival has presented the Pink Peach, which is awarded to the best LGBTQ film as chosen by the Pink Peach jury. The Accountant won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film in 2002 after qualifying at the 2001 Atlanta Film Festival.
