"The Martini Effect" was selected to the 8th Thess International Film Festival for October 25-29, 2014 in Thessaloniki, Greece. Festival director Yiannis Zachopoulos received over 1,000 entries for this edition of the festival. "The Martini Effect" will play the Cairo Video Festival in Egypt November 5-19, 2014. The film, which deals with the economic and emotional crisis in a couple's life when they face foreclosure on a home in which they are "underwater", stars Emanuele Secci and Dawn Westlake. Ron de Cana Productions in Los Angeles is proud to announce the birth of their 15th film, "The Martini Effect", starring Emanuele Secci, Dawn Westlake, David Razowsky and Susan Messing. The film was shot on location in Los Angeles, Malibu, Barbados and Puerto Rico and features the underwater cinematography of Secci Films.
