Breath-taking aerial shots of the US-Mexico border area and amazingly choreographed encounter scenes are the highlight of Sicario, a drug cartel crime thriller about an FBI-CIA joint operation that does on land what the US army and air-force have been doing in foreign countries for decades: seek, find and eliminate the enemy. "The Martini Effect" returns to play in Greece in December, after a successful run at the Thess Film Fest in Thessaloniki in October. The film was just selected to the Athens International Digital Film Festival which runs from 1-10 December 2014. This is the 21st film festival acceptance for "The Martini Effect".

"The Martini Effect" was selected to the 8th Thess International Film Festival for October 25-29, 2014 in Thessaloniki, Greece. Festival director Yiannis Zachopoulos received over 1,000 entries for this edition of the festival. "The Martini Effect" will have its African premiere in the Rwanda Film Fest in Kigali July 12-18, 2014. The festival's theme this year is Reflection. There are underwater film festivals from Monterrey to Belgrade...Who knew? Well, now I know...and we've just been accepted to one. "The Martini Effect" will play in Serbia's 17th Annual Underwater Film Fest in Belgrade in December 2013. The film's underwater cinematography was shot by Emanuele Secci in Barbados and provided to Ron de Cana Productions by Secci Films.

Maria and Jose, a thirty-something Nuyorican couple, lead a normal and quiet existence. Well, as quiet and normal as The Bronx will allow.
