This year Pécs (Hungary) is the European Capital of Culture in 2010. The festival presents the latest feature and documentary films of the Central and Southeast European regions In the competition program the festival accepts the first, the second or the third feature and documentary film of the directors that were completed after 1 January 2009 in the countries of Central and Southeast Europe.
