Deaffest, the Deaf Film and Television Festival, celebrates the talents of Deaf filmmakers and media artists and takes place at Light House Media Centre in Wolverhampton. The weekend of festivities includes screenings of films produced by Deaf filmmakers from around the world and Young Deaffest showcasing young Deaf filmmakers, and plenty of panel discussions, networking opportunities and social events. Deaffest 2010 will be the twelfth festival to be held in Wolverhampton since 1998.
