Curacao IFFR -  the Caribbean sister festival of the renowned IFFR of the Netherlands -  is extremely pleased to welcome Ms Christine Davila on board as programmer for its Yellow Robin Award film competition.

The Yellow Robin competition is for emerging filmmakers with innovative and original storytelling skills and themes tied first and foremost to the Caribbean islands, as well as Central & South America.  

The winner of the Yellow Robin Award competition will receive US$ 10,000.- as well as priority access to one of the relevant IFFR Netherlands activities, such as CineMart, Rotterdam Lab or a special screening at the festival.
