Bafta Awards

French film “La Vie en rose” was the biggest winner of the night, with four awards, although the foreign language prize went to “The Lives of Others.”

“Atonement” won best film at the British Academy Film Awards on Sunday and Daniel Day-Lewis took the actor prize for “There Will Be Blood.”
Joel and Ethan Coen received the director trophy, Marion Cotillard winning best actress for “La Vie en rose” and Diablo Cody took the original screenplay award for “Juno.”
