elojocojo

El Ojo Cojo was born with the objective of promoting intercultural dialogue and integration of disadvantaged groups, disseminating quality films that hardly reach Spain. But fundamentally raising awareness on various facets of reality, trying not to fall into clichés. Thus, little by little, the Festival is intended as a discussion area for meetings and projects of mutual interest.

We wanted a name that translate our intention to promote the acceptance of the existence of so many visions as there looks , knowing that interpret the world is the way to apprehend him as our own. For this reason we promote the knowledge and enjoyment of different views and other aesthetic , seeking to raise public awareness about situations that are often outside.

el Ojo cojo is a young NGO , from the knowledge of reality and active involvement in society , build integration spaces . Our organizational design is dynamically constructed according to a joint technical , professional, artistic , knowledge of life , which enable the realization of programs for addressing the complex contemporary reality.
Eye team take what is a multicultural group of people eager to learn (it ) and know (it ) , people who put their guts , professionals from different artistic, social and technical disciplines to which the permanent contribution adds volunteers . From that position , we develop a methodology which core is the personal involvement and desire to build dreams , betting culture as a basis for social transformation.

el Ojo cojo was born with the only resource the knowledge and enthusiasm and work of its members and has won prestige by following some basic principles : the value of the word, meeting times and quality. With these criteria is born its core business : the International Film Festival el Ojo cojo. The communication strategy has been based creative management of scarce resources and support existing networks. The festival was born in the moment of first explosion in talking about immigration and integration Conceptually then evolve towards the promotion of intercultural dialogue, the game. In eses sense was the first festival in Madrid this subject . Being of humble origins has never had a presentation impact , however has managed to integrate themselves and relate to all stages of alternative culture , and also for the quality of its proposal, has managed to relate to the most prestigious cultural institutions of Spain .
