Epic ACG Fest

After several years away due to the pandemic, The Epic Animation Comic Game Fest is returning to Northern California. This is a multimedia event showcasing animation, comics, and games from around the world. 

This year, EACG Fest is partnering with O!PLA Animation Festival to present the winning films of their 2023 event. O!PLA is a Polish based festival with the goal of bringing Polish animation to a world-wide audience. These 14 short films display the talent and creativity of the Polish people. 

Another exciting feature is the highly anticipated screening of RAID: Call of the Arbiter. This web series is based on the popular video game RAID: Shadow Legends. It is directed by animator Jay Oliva, who is well known for producing the Netflix Original Series Trese, as well as collaborating with Zack Snyder on several DC live action and animated films. It will be a real treat to see his work on the big screen. 

As the event takes place Halloween weekend, there will be multiple costume events for kids and their families. Children are welcome to attend in their Halloween costumes and take pictures at the Photo Booth. Attendees will also get the chance to walk the red carpet before the award ceremony. 

There will also be lots of games for children to play. Attendees will be able to preview upcoming video game Inka Ludo, a strategy game inspired by ancient Andean civilizations. EACG will also be hosting a Mahjong tournament.
