Bio

----

Born in 1984 in Sorel, Quebec, Jean-Francois is actually student in filmmaking at the Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema at the Concordia’s University in Montreal. After his graduation from the College in cinema in 2003, he did some studies at the UQAM in History for one year.

Since, his passion for filmmaking never stops growing. He is also one of the members of an independent artist crew named Metis Art Production, where he dedicates himself to filmmaking as DOP and Director. His vision about
filmmaking is closer from one of his principal influence & model, Andrei Tarkovsky, and his film are usually filled with symbolism and metaphorical references.
