In the near future the cosmos gets caught in a bizarre dynamic. The powerful keep their privileges with a prank. They hide nature events behind a gigantic wall and distract from it with a global war. More and more refugees are hiding in the last neutral country.
There, Denise tries to lead a normal life. On her bumpy job and apartment search, she meets Tom, a caretaker and incorrigible optimist, as well as the rebels, who all believe, through their art, that they can still stop the madness.
