The sixteenth edition of Milano Film Festival will be held from 9th to 18th September 2011.

International Competitions
The call for entries for the International Feature and Short film competitions of Milano Film Festival are now open; the first one is open to first and second works; the short film competition is open only to filmmakers under the age of 40. Filmmakers who want to submit their works have to read carefully the admission criteria and the competition rules and fill in the entry form on the website www.milanofilmfestival.it. The deadline for submission is May, 31 2011.

State (T)error season
Filmmakers can submit a film also to the State (T)error section. We are looking for documentaries revealing the complex reality of the system of power throughout the world, and the even more complex relationships caused by the economical and political interests of corporations, governments, business and media. The deadline for submission for this section is 30th April 2011.
