We hope ICAPFF and Istanbul University and its staff have not been harmed by the attacks on the liberty of culture, science and education carried out on Turkish universities by the islamic AKP government. So, please let me quote the title of the film which we submitted to this year´s ICAP Film Festival: NO PASARAN (They shall not pass.)
