That is the tantalizing recipe of the Turks & Caicos International Film Festival, which will hold its second annual session from October 17 to 21.

The excitement takes place in the beautiful resort city of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the eastern Caribbean. With a programming mix that includes both feature films and documentaries, the Festival will present a diverse slate of films from around the world, all linked by a strong musical theme.

From hip hop to jazz to country and western, the films to be included this year span a range of musical genres and styles.
