HHM Fest was created to bring fantastic films and original music to an area of MI that rarely sees much outside of the mainstream. Also, it’s an effort to inspire local appreciation and participation in the arts. It`s all about "exposure."
Georgetown Independent FilmFest - a celebration of creativity, and a forum for exploring experimental image manipulations, new thinking, and fresh abstractions of "thought narrative" on the moving image.
Films selected emphasize common humanity of people in conflict and why they feel, think, and act as they do. They stress commonalities among people, while not ignoring their differences. Many showings will be followed by discussions with filmmakers.
EFF celebrated its 15th year in Washington, D.C. this past March, presenting 115 films providing fresh perspectives on global environments to a large audience of 20,000 at 46 diverse venues throughout the city.
