The festival brings together film directors, professionals, artists, journalists, students and an enthusiastic audience for a week where creativity, talent, spirit, wit and art take the lead.

Curtas Vila do Conde has become more ambitious over the last few years and widened its scope by including music videos, multi­media installations, and other art forms that increasingly overlap short film.
