The Ruby Mountain Film Festival is an annual event which takes place in Elko, Nevada. The film industry is constantly searching for creative, new artistic talent and vision. We seek to unite filmmakers with industry experts, students, educators and film lovers for an aspiring four day celebration of storytelling through visual arts.
Mission
