The Kalasha International FILM & TV FESTIVAL will run 26-30 OCTOBER 2015 in various venues throughout the country FESTIVAL October 26 - 30It is bound to attract both film-lovers and industry representatives from across Africa and beyond. MARKET October 28 - 29The market includes a 2-day trade fair showcasing the East African, Indian Ocean & Pan-African companies under regional pavilions, while the international TV & Film players will attend as participants. AWARDS October 30The Kalasha International FILM & TV AWARDS will be held October 30, 2015 at Kenyatta International Conference Center (KICC) Nairobi, Kenya. The Kalasha International Film & TV awards are an initiative aimed at promoting the local film industry. The Awards short term goal is two prongs; increasing the quality and rewarding the quality. The awards help reduce the prejudice with which performing arts as a career is treated in the country. Check the nominees.
NOMINATION ACADEMYThe integrity of the awards is entrenched within the professionalism and ethical values of the Nomination Academy. The Kalasha Awards nomination academy members are picked from various film associations and must be persons of high integrity with a proven track record in the film industry especially in the production area.
