Seit 1982 stellt er in eigener Produktion experimentelle dokumentarische Filme her. 1991 war sein Film I Cimbri – Die Zimbern österreichischer Beitrag beim Forum der Filmfestspiele Berlin.^[1] 2009 wurde sein Film Totó im Rahmen der Filmfestspiele Venedig^[2] uraufgeführt. 2010 fand im Rahmen der Diagonale eine Werkschau^[3] seiner Filme statt.
