About the Director: 

Born in 1974, Frédéric Grousset is a lonely gunner of the French film de genre movie industry. Early 2000 he directed many shorts for Faux-raccord Productions. In 2003 he directed Aquarium with a tiny budget and anticipates the wave of films like Saw created by James Wan which earned him quickly integrate the U.S. direct-to-video market. He returned in 2009 with a second full lenght Climax, a thriller distributed by Artus Films. Time for a break with his new short film. Grousset had cooked something never seen before : KANGOOTOMIK, the first radioactive karaoke story.

During a world nuclear disaster, Kangootomik is a lonely lumberjack fighting the insanity of humanity. He loves cigars and sometimes he smokes some. He loves trees and sometimes he fucks some. He also loves humans but only for lunch time. They’ll never catch him alive because he’s the spirit of this wilderness.
