After finishing Duzce Anatolian High School, he studied Mechanical Engineering in Yildiz Technical University. During his university years, his interest in cinema has started. In 2010 he shot a documentary named “We Follow The Sun” about his Iran trip, which was around 13.000kms in total, all done by hitchhiking; post-production process is still ongoing for the documentary. In 2011 he got an education on cinema for 4 months, then shot his first experimental movie named “Monotoni”.
