About the Director: 

DIRECTOR Ernestas Jankauskas is a young movie and commercials director and Line Producer, who started in movie business as Assistant Director. He has worked in big American, English, French and German productions as 1st Assistant Director. His first short movie “No Focus” was made for national short movie festival AXX (it got nominated for best actress award) in 2006. From then he worked hard to find his style and voice as a director. He has directed over 40 commercials and has become the first director in Baltic States whose commercials two years in a row were featured in world known magazine “Shots” who features best commercial work from all around the world. Also commercials directed by him have won awards in national advertising festival “Adrenalinas”.

Lately Ernestas directed short fiction “The Queen of England Stole my Parents” (produced by DANSU production company) that was nominated for best short movie award. At the moment Ernestas developing new project – feature length film “Jellyfish in the Moon”.

<p><strong>PRODUCER Gabija Siurbytė</strong></p> <p>Founder and a head of DANSU, Gabija has 12 years of experience in event organizing and movie business.</p> <p>Leading her company, she became first producer from the Baltics, whose works were presented in international magazine &ldquo;Shots&rdquo;. &nbsp;After providing production service for Swedish Feature film &ldquo;The Crown Jewels&rdquo;, Gabija was accredited as a producer and now is one of the youngest producers in Lithuania. She worked as Producer for shooting in Lithuania for feature film &ldquo;Gentlemen&rdquo;.</p> <p>She made her debut as a screenwriter for short films &ldquo;The Queen of England Stole my Parents&rdquo; and &ldquo;The Ghost I don&rsquo;t Remember&rdquo;.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PRODUCER</strong> <strong>Jurgita Jutaitė</strong> started her career as a producer with a short movie &quot;Brown-nose&quot;. &nbsp;After successful debut, a lot of shorts followed: &ldquo;Split&quot;, &quot;Hot dog&quot;, &quot;The Riddle&quot;, &quot;Southern&quot;.</p> <p>2011 Jurgita joined the team of feature film &ldquo;The Crown Jewels&rdquo; as a prod. Coordinator LT for pre-production.</p> <p>Ms. Jutaitė has also joined DANSU Production Company where she is still currently working. During those years she has produced more than 20 TV commercials for major local and international brands. &nbsp;She also produced &ldquo;Sunrise Avenue&quot; music video &quot;I do not Dance&quot;.&nbsp;</p> <p><span>The latest shorts produced by Jurgita were &ldquo;The Queen of England Stole my Parents&rdquo; and &ldquo;The Ghost I don&rsquo;t Remember&rdquo;.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PRODUCER Monika Sakalauskaitė</strong> is counting her 9th year in movie business. Monika started working as Production Assistant in such international projects as &ldquo;Wallis &amp; Edward&rdquo;, &ldquo;Visas for 6.000 lives&rdquo;, &ldquo;Surviving disaster. Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster&rdquo;, &ldquo;9/11: the Twin Towers&rdquo;, &ldquo;Nuclear Science&rdquo;. From 2008 Monika was successfully working as Production Coordinator and since that time was a part of such crews as &ldquo;Rome: Rise and Fall of an Empire&rdquo;, &ldquo;Defiance&rdquo;, &ldquo;The Crown Jewels&rdquo;. From 2012 Monika worked in such projects as TV series &ldquo;Friends of Friends&ldquo; and feature film &ldquo;Gentlemen&rdquo; as Asst. Project Manager. 2013 she started to work as Producer and did such projects as &ldquo;The Queen of England Stole my Parents&rdquo; and &ldquo;The Ghost I don&rsquo;t Remember&rdquo;.&nbsp;</p>

Film synopsis: 
<p>Milda is a seven-year-old girl who was left by her emigrated parents several years ago. She is raised by her aunt Angele and lives in her small fantasy world, believing that one day her mother and father will come back, and waiting to get a postcard from them every once in a while.</p> <p>One day she meets a strange woman, who convinces the girl that the Queen of England stole her parents and that a rescue mission needs to be started. The only thing the woman asks in return is for Milda to forget her aunt. The girl agrees.</p> <p>Milda and the strange woman embark on a journey towards the airport of a big city where they&rsquo;re supposed to meet the Queen of England. They meet strange people and get to know each other while travelling by various means of transportation.</p> <p>Step by step Milda is beginning to feel that she misses her aunt. In the end, the two travellers reach the airport but will Milda meet the Queen? Where do her fantasies end and where does the real world begin?</p>
