About the Director: 

Vladimir Shterianov graduated in Acting from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts, Sofia in 1989. In 1993 he graduated in Film Directing from the Postgraduate Directing and Screenwriting courses at Rosskino and The Union of Russian Filmmakers in Moscow. He has worked as film director at various advertizing agencies in Moscow. Vladimir Shterianov was an associate and later Director of the Bulgarian Cultural and Informational Center in Moscow. He was head of “PR and Advertising” at “Overgas Holding”AD.
Shterianov is producer of multiple documentaries and several feature films as well as the Neshka Robeva shows Twin Kingdoms and Orisia /Doom/. He is a prolific director active in documentaries, TV series and shows as well as feature films. He has just finished the documentary The Show Goes On about the great Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics coach Neshka Robeva. Currently we lives in Russia where he works as director of the TV series Husbands and Wives at the NTV channel.

Film synopsis: 
Neshka Robeva was the coach of Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics team in the 80s and 90s. She led the team to the top and won numerous gold medals at world championships and Olympic Games. Neshka and her athletes were national celebrities. After she was forced the leave the coach position she started putting on dance shows which became extremely successful in Bulgaria and toured in many countries abroad. The film tells the story of this talented and relentless woman who proves that success comes with passion and hard work.
