AWSOME
BRENNAN YOU ARE AWSOME!!! LUV YA!!
Delight
I agree with Bob above. I went in expecting a typical, hip hop dance movie, but came out having seen something like a hybrid of that & a family film.
Ian Iqbal Rashid & Annemarie Morais deserve all of the great press that they are getting for this film.
The cast was quite superb.
The 'JSJ' crew moments (though few) were some of my favourite parts. I wish there was more of the guys throughout. But Rutina Wesley, Tre Armstrong, Dwain Murphy, & Brennan Gademans (all unknowns!, yet so powerfully moving) were terrific, & kept me more than happy.
--& yes, i agree with mr. Bob again, it was a little hard to miss all of that hair on Tristan D. Lalla's head.
Bravo to Rutina & the cast, & congrats on a great film going experience!
How She Move!
this film was fantastic! what a superb young cast (Rutina Wesley, Dwain Murphy, Brennan Gademans, Tristan D. Lalla, Kevin Duhaney...) wow.
the dance sequences were real, raw, & visually stunning. Tristan's hair was great.
& MYA was there!... Great film. 5 stars
