Martin is an aspiring screenwriter whose scripts keep getting rejected. His long-suffering wife wants normalcy. To save his marriage, Martin abandons his dream and takes a job mowing lawns. Soon, a pair of mysterious characters appear in his landscape, making trouble and teaching him new ways to enjoy and appreciate his life. Martin is propelled onto a journey of discovering the power of a writer's imagination and the connection between reality and the unconscious. Dream Boy was made with the typical (international) film festival visitor in mind. The entire movie contains only two short lines of dialog. The soundtrack of this film (NOT the trailer's) is fully 5.1 surround with only custom recorded sound.
