Caminhos Film Festival is the main celebration of Portuguese cinema. Although focused on national cinematography, the festival provides competitive and non-competitive sections for international cinema. Productions from film schools compete in the Essays Selection, while in other parallel  sections international shorts and features are highlighted allowing the audience to meet their confluences with the festivals programme. Fiction, documentary or animation, all genres are welcome.
