ColCoa, the French Film festival in Los Angeles kicked off last night with a screening of Eric Barbier’s film : "Promise at Dawn" based on Romain Gary’s autobiography starring Pierre Niney  as Gary and Charlotte Gainsbourg as his mother.
 

The festival premieres a wide gamut of French films in America, ranging from dramas, comedies, documentaries, short films along with classics and happy hour talks. This year again, cinephiles will enjoy free screenings not to be missed. Check out this year’s program at http://www.colcoa.org.
